You follow the recommended emergency department (ED) lab workup for hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, including urine protein/creatinine ratio, serum creatinine, platelet count, complete blood count, and renal liver function tests. Antihypertensive treatment is the priority, followed by magnesium treatment for seizure prevention.
