S T- T Wave Changes — There is coved ST elevation in high-lateral leads I and aVL — as well as in lead V2 ( and to a much lesser extent in lead V1 ). The patient did well with conservative management — and both ECG and the rhythm abnormality resolved as his clinical condition improved.
