Opioid Overdose For patients in respiratory arrest, rescue breathing or bag-mask ventilation should be maintained until spontaneous breathing returns, and standard BLS, ALS, and/or pediatric ALS measures should continue if return of spontaneous breathing does not occur. COR 1, LOE C-LD. COR No Benefit, LOE C-LD. Pralidoxime is reasonable.
