Other medical interventions include PPIs, octreotide, erythromycin, and blood transfusion as needed. Unresponsive patients with undetectable MAP or EtCO2 less than 20 should undergo CPR. Patients with AML and sepsis have a higher mortality than their otherwise healthy counterparts.
