She had no persistent vomiting, was not dehydrated and had no fever. Delay in administration of antibiotics. Our care was appropriate, timely and within the standard of care. You never took her condition seriously. DEFENSE: Her pain and tenderness were only in the groin and thigh. There was no evidence of infection.
