3-6 Clinical Presentation: Symptoms include altered mental status, tachycardia, hyperthermia, urinary retention, mydriasis, blurred vision, dry skin, hallucinations. Rather than loss of both a J wave and S wave — there is a "slur" ( J-point equivalent ) in lead V2 of ECG #2 ( See My Comment in the November 14, 2019 post for illustration of T-QRS-D ).
