The ECG in Figure-1 was obtained from an elderly man with a history of coronary disease — who contacted EMS for "burning" chest discomfort that woke him at 3am. Not only is this slight ST elevation missing from leads V2,V3 in ECG #1 — but the ST segment in these leads ( as well as in neighboring leads V1; and V4,V5 ) is distinctly flat!
